Dear all, ICANN's proposed Final Implementation Plan for ccTLD Fast Track IDNs has been published: http://icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-2-30sep09-en.htm The plan is scheduled for ICANN Board consideration at the ICANN meeting in Seoul on the 30 October 2009.
