Dear all, In an effort to give you as much notice as possible, we would like to share the current draft of the ccNSO-related sessions in Marrakech. Please keep in mind the schedule is tentative and subject to change, however the dates/times have been confirmed by leadership and the working group/committee chairs. The number of high interest/cross community sessions and topics have not been confirmed. Once this is finalized, I will send an updated block schedule. Day 1, Monday, 24 June * cc PDP on Retirement Working group – 900-1200 (blocks 1 and 2) * ccNSO Council preparatory session – 1200-13:30 (lunch break) * Strategic Operational Planning Standing Committee (SOPC) – 1330-1500 (block 3) * Tech Day - 1330-18:30 (blocks 3, 4 & 5) - **Tech Day at the Policy Forum is scheduled in coordination with the DNSSEC workshop, which will take place during blocks 1 and 2, followed by lunch** Day 2, Tuesday, 25 June * Members meeting day 1 – 900- TBD * Joint session: ccNSO and GAC – time TBD * ccNSO Community Outreach Event – 1830-2030 – Please watch for the “Save the Date” email Day 3, Wednesday, 25 June * Members meeting day 2 – 900-15:00 * ccNSO Organizational Review – 1515-16:45 (block 4) * ccNSO Council Meeting – 1700-1830 (block 5) * Joint session: ccNSO and GNSO – 1830-1930 (networking hour) Day 4, Thursday, 26 June * TLD OPS Standing Committee – 900-1015 (block 1) * Meetings Programme Committee – 1030-1200 (block 2) * IDN Variant Working Group (TBD) – 1330-1500 (block 3) As this meeting is the Policy Forum, there will not be a joint session with the ICANN Board. Meeting with the ALAC has been deferred to Montreal. Additionally, all sessions are open and observers are welcome. If you are not planning on being in Marrakech, remote participation will be available and you are encouraged to attend.
