Draft Resolution Decision The ccNSO Council adopts the revised Terms of Reference of the ccNSO Outreach and Involvement Standing Committee (OISC ToR version 2). The Council requests the secretariat to publish OISC ToR version 2 and to archive the previous version of the OISC ToR on the relevant section on the ccNSO website. Adoption by Council of OISC ToR version 2, effectively closes the ccNSO Guideline: ccNSO Travel Support and replaces the OISC ToR from December 2018. The adopted OISC ToR version 2 becomes effective seven (7) days after publication. Background The OISC Terms of Reference (ToR) documents processes and procedures pertaining to the ccNSO OISC and defines roles and responsibilities of those involved in the communication, application, assessment and decision-making processes regarding the ccNSO OISC. Following the creation of the OISC and Council’s request to integrate the activities of the ccNSO Community Onboarding Project (COP) and the ccNSO Travel Funding Committee into the OISC, the OISC revised its Terms of Reference and added the COP and Travel Fund related aspects as additional annexes to the OISC ToR (Annex B and C respectively). No further substantial edits were made. Please find the proposed revised version of the OISC ToR, as submitted by the OISC, attached (PDF).
