To structure the procedure, I suggest that Council agrees on the following internal procedure, which was also used in the past for, among others, the selection of the NomCom appointee. If you have any questions/comments etc. please let me know as soon as possible but preferably by upcoming Friday (17.00 UTC) The secretariat is working on a wiki space which will include all relevant documents and links etc, around the selection of the ccTLD members. If we received an application after that closing date and time, I will note it as such, but will not forward the application form and other documentation. On 20 July 2016 (after 17.00 UTC) I will then circulate a list in the following format: - Ballot number, - Date ballot was received, - candidates voted for and level of preference (5,4, 3 etc.). This email will also include the total level of preference per candidate. As agreed by Council resolution the two candidate receiving most supportive votes, will be selected. This list will also be included in a report of the selection process.
