And I think that we as Council made the correct decision on behalf of the ccNSO. Let me get out my Bass Drum and begin pounding on it… That was not an ordinary ccNSO Council meeting yesterday… In my dotage, I frankly look upon it as historic in a way. Bart can correct me on this, but I think it is the first time that the Council (other than a couple of Approval Requests from the Board) has ever reviewed a request from another SO/AC, and that we have said “No” to it.
