Dear all, Please find included the written update from Ching Chiao, the ccNSO appointed interim co-chair CCWG Auction Proceeds, Kind regards, Bart Please find the following brief update on CCWG-AP ==== The CCWG-AP continues its bi-weekly meeting and the leadership team also meet regularly. The charter questions are being answered based on the work plan (https://community.icann.org/display/CWGONGAP/Work+Plan[community.icann.org]) and discussed which would eventually be shaped into preliminary recommendations in the CCWG initial report. One of the main efforts and deliberations is to gather input on the definition of "Open Internet" as this shall further define the scope of the fund. The leadership team hopes to put together a small team and prepare a consolidated version for the WG and for Board liaison to consider. Another main area of debate is how the CCWG considers ICANN's request (not formal yet) on applying the fund to replenish its reserve fund. There are split views on ICANN's eligibility among CCWG members at this point. During the last call Xavier gave a comprehensive review on ICANN's investment approach.
