Thank you Roelof. I am truly sorry that the SOPWG feels frustrated. I have asked our newly appointed Head of strategy, Theresa Swinehart, to meet with you, review your concerns, and establish an action plan to redress these issues. Theresa fills this newly created role precisely to shore up our capabilities and deliveries in this area of strategic planning. She will work very closely with Susanna Bennett, our new COO, to ensure strategy and operational planning are synchronized and deeply attentive to your input. Once again, I thank you sincerely for your commitment to improving ICANN. Fadi p.s. In Buenos Aires, for the first time, we will demonstrate an online link from our budget to each project portfolio.
