I realise this was addressed to Chris, but I really don't get what your question is, and I'd like to understand that fully before he answers. In particular, you wrote:

You do realise that Chris has, IIRC, already served two terms, and so he is simply not eligible for a further term immediately after this, third, term expires? That term limit is just not within the power of any single Board member to change.
