As you will also know Jordi is serving on the Travel Funding Committee and oversees the ccNSO membership application process. In order to avoid vacancies Council would need to appoint another Councillor at its meeting in Dublin ( Wednesday 21 October). To make this feasible we kindly request Councillors to put their name forward for these two functions. The role of the travel funding committee, in particular the role of the committee itself, is described in the travel funding guideline, which can be found at: http://ccnso.icann.org/about/travel-funding. Currently, the other members of the Travel Funding Committee are: Dotty (NA region) and Katrina (EU Region). According to travel funding guideline, members of the travel funding committee should preferably from different Geographic Regions. The ccNSO membership Application process is described at: http://ccnso.icann.org/applications/form.htm If you have any questions either for Jordi or the secretariat with respect to one of the functions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
