Dear All, This is to inform you that the term of Chris Disspain, the ccNSO nominated Director fulfilling ICANN Board Seat 11, will expire at the ICANN69 Annual General Meeting 2020 in Hamburg. By November 2020, Chris will have served 3 terms on the Board: therefore he is not eligible for reappointment. The ccNSO Council will open a call for nominations to fill ICANN Board Seat number 11, starting Wednesday, 11 September 2019 (00:01 UTC) and closing Wednesday, 2 October 2019 (23:59 UTC). Elections will be held in January 2020, after completion of due diligence verifications by a professional firm on the nominee(s). The ccNSO Secretariat will share more details latest on Tuesday, 10 September 2019, including information on the procedure for nominating and seconding candidates, the requirements for suitably qualified candidates, the relevant timeline and the next steps.
