Hi, I see an important typo, line 3 'can' should be 'cannot'. Also, section 3 talks about appointing the committee at the June meeting, I assume there will need to be an interim arrangement between now and June. Otherwise, I support this proposed process. Each year, ICANN is publishing an Operational and Strategic Plan. As there has been no structured way to provide input to these plans, the Processes Working Group has defined a process for interaction - this is attached.
