In order to meet these challenges in a meaningful way, ICANN, as the custodian of the domain name system, will need to improve its accountability and efficiency. The ALAC (At-Large Advisory Committee) of ICANN has published a White Paper entitled "Making ICANN Relevant, Responsive and Respected <http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/at-large-r3-white-paper-20nov1 2 -en.htm>" (R3), drafted by the ALAC's Future Challenges Working Group (FCWG). The ALAC is organizing a webinar to expand the exchange of views beyond the initial ALAC circle, in time for ICANN-46 in Beijing where it will be discussed, and suggestions will be made on the way forward. The discussion will be moderated by Evan Leibovitch and Jean-Jacques Subrenat, co-chairs of the FCWG.
