CCWG Accountability Co-Chair Appointment
Dear Colleagues, The ccNSO is eligible to appoint one of the co-chairs of the CCWG Accountability to be selected from the ccNSO appointed members. I suggest we appoint Mathieu Weill. Mathieu did the heavy lifting as one the co-chairs of the drafting team so he's intimately involved in the charter and the important task of the CWWG, and he led the team that drafted the ccNSO Statement, which resulted in the creation of the CCWG. Mathieu also indicated in his application letter that he is willing to stand as one of the co-chair if asked, and has full backing of his Board for the duration of the Accountability Process. Unless there are any objections by Friday 5 December noon UTC, I hope we can inform the other co-chairs he will be the ccNSO co-chair on the first call of the CCWG on 9 December 2014.
