Hi Lesley, One member has asked me to express concern about Fadi's request to support the registrant's charter. While respecting the perfectly good and laudable intentions of this initiative, he feels that this is interference with local policy setting which is - and should remain - a local matter. So split up in two points: - express the concern - ask how the board feels about this initiative I can ask Chris separately if you prefer not to bring this up during the meeting. Peter
