Dear all, Further to this notification from Joke regarding the Board’s resolution altering Bylaw 11.3.i as per the request of the GNSO, please note that this is a change to a standard Bylaw, which makes the Board’s action subject to a Rejection Action Petition from the Empowered Community as per Annex D Section 2.1(j). The odds of a Rejection Action Petition being filed by a member of the Empowered Community in this matter, let alone any such Rejection Action Petition receiving the support of an additional Decisional Participant, are, in my view, significantly less than the odds associated with winning a national lottery.
