Dear Councillors, One of the action items from the last council call was "Action 34-03 The Secretariat to send the goals established at the Council workshop in New Delhi to the Council list prior to the Council workshop." Attached is a summary that Patrick Sharry made just after the workshop in India. On page 3 you will see a list of things called "What can we do to make performance better?" and on page 5 "ccNSO Council activities - lead up to Africa".
