Unless there are concerns or objections by the aforementioned deadline, the resolution included below is considered to be accepted. Draft Resolution Decision The ccNSO Council adopts the revised Guideline: ccNSO Meetings. The Council requests the secretariat to publish the revised Guideline and to archive the previous version of the Guideline on the relevant section on the ccNSO website. The adopted Guideline becomes effective seven (7) days after publication. Background The ccNSO Guidelines Review Committee requested the Meeting Programme Committee (MPC) to review the Guideline: ccNSO Meetings. Consult the current (outdated) version here: https://ccnso.icann.org/about/guidelines-council-meetings-30mar16-en.pdf<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/ccnso.icann.org/about/guidelines-council-meetings-30mar16-en.pdf__;!!PtGJab4!pIageXHHYB4NKjlq9sG0w8qOVS9pl3r9iYksPcGdH6wTdQAuBG1toxQEUkYVNdizEsnIvkal$>. The MPC finalized its review. Please find the proposed revised version, as submitted by the MPC to the GRC, attached (PDF). Summary of the changes made: * Replaced Meetings Programme Working Group (MPWG) with Meetings Programme Committee (MPC) * Adjusted language to recognise that meetings might be held in an exclusively virtual format too * Further specified the role of the presenter * Added additional roles: session chair and moderator * Removed the section on how to conduct a formal voting, as this should be covered elsewhere * Removed the responsibility assignment matrix, as it does not reflect current practice * Removed reference to the meeting report, as it does not reflect current practice * Adjusted the deadline for the submission of slide decks, as it does not reflect current practice * Removed obligation for the ccNSO Chair to open/close meetings, as it does not reflect current practice Kind regards, Joke Braeken ccNSO Policy Advisor joke.braeken@icann.org
