Dear all, The Latest version of the Draft Applicant Guidebook for New gTLDs is now posted and open for public comments at http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-4-31may10-en.htm A new important change in the content of this version is a change to the rules for geographic TLDs, including a prohibition on country names as gTLDs.
