Per our charter, the Committee is tasked to to coordinate, facilitate, and encourage the involvement of ccTLD managers in ICANN's strategic and operational, planning and budgetary processes. As part of our mandate the Committee may on its own behalf take a position and/or provide input on the ICANN public comments forum. Therefore the views expressed in these submissions are of the SOPC only.
