Hi Bart Thanks for circulating this. Sorry I couldn’t make the last council meeting which conflicted with my team Christmas lunch. In principle I completely agree with this sort of evaluation which is entirely standard say in most board situations. The ccNSO council isn’t exactly equivalent to the board scenario, in the sense that we don’t have any fiduciary responsibilities and any financial sign offs but I still think it's a good idea to start doing this. Just a couple of comments/ observations. After some years of covid and limited in person interactions I think it might be hard to complete in many cases (basically not enough data to answer the questions). So how are we going to manage it if there are a lot of N/A responses? Secondly in terms of the timing, depending on when it falls it might be quite tight to complete the review paperwork in 2 weeks and so I would advise perhaps 3 weeks to take account of holidays, travel and other factors which impact on us all? Currently provided the quorum is met then the assessment is considered closed without any extension. (I am not sure about how I feel about there being a quorum for this sort of exercise tbh).
