Community Strategic Outlook Trend Sessions
***SENT ON BEHALF of the ICANN Planning team**** Dear ccNSO Council and SOPC: As shared in the ICANN Community Leadership Digest, ICANN is kicking off the FY23 Strategic Outlook program. We are reaching out to discuss the opportunity to hold a trend session with your group over the next few weeks. Sessions will be held virtually in Zoom, and in English only. We can only accommodate 35 active participants in a session, due to the nature of the exercise, and propose to accept participants on a first come, first serve basis, unless you have other suggestions. Please complete the Doodle to identify a date and time (by COB 2 Feb 2022): https://doodle.com/poll/mkw35by78n3pwn27?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link A session will take about 120 min, organized as follows: đ Welcome (5â) đ Plenary presentation of Strategic Outlook process (5â) đ Break-out into subgroups; trends identification exercise (50â) đ Break (10â) đ Return to plenary and share results (35â) đ Individual votes for top-3 priorities (10â) đ Adjourn (5â) We are targeting to complete the trend sessions by the end of March. Once complete, ICANN org will conduct a trend analysis and impact assessment, which is scheduled for April-May. This will be followed by an impact assessment in June-July. We hope that your group will participate in this important discussion on ICANN planning and strategy, and that you can fit a session in your schedule over the next few weeks. Thank you.
