Dear Colleagues, The ICANN Board recently approved the Information Transparency Initiative (ITI). The goals of this project are to establish content governance and build a new technical infrastructure including a first-ever document management system and new content management system for ICANN. This effort will improve search in the six UN languages, and establish the foundation for the ICANN ecosystem of platforms. The project is kicking off in a few weeks and we will be sharing more information soon. The ITI Team is reaching out to speak to me to gather some initial feedback. I will appreciate if you could share your thoughts on your current search experience (apparently on the ICANN website - they do not deal with the ccNSO website!), what could be improved, and any feedback you have heard from your constituents.
