Dear Councillors, This is to inform you that the ccNSO was requested to appoint a delegate to the 2023 ICANN NomCom. The Job Description is enclosed. Juhani Juselius (.fi), the ccNSO appointed delegate, has served two consecutive one-year terms. As per the ICANN Bylaws, section 8.3<https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/governance/bylaws-en/#article8>, he is no longer eligible to serve another term, unless at least two years elapse. The ccNSO Secretariat will launch a call for volunteers next week In accordance with the Guideline: ccNSO Appointment Procedures<https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/field-attached/guidelines-ccnso-...>, unless anybody objects by Monday, 28 March (COB).
