I’ve not received any major feedback from the GAC leadership about the proposed agenda, other than broad support. I did have one thought on the topics – I think there is some value in having both operational and governance topics covered at each meeting point. Perhaps both operational and governance overviews could be included as a high level as part of the introduction at the start of the date round session, then either operational or governance could be a focus as the presenters/hosts drill down. I also had one question – are there particular things the ccNSO would like to learn from the GAC through the speed dating exercise? I can see the value in better educating the GAC on the breadth and variety of ccTLD models, and would expect the GAC to ask questions at each meeting point. I am also keen to ensure the ccNSO also have the opportunity to seek information from the GAC as well, and if so, it would be good to prepare my colleagues to respond to questions. Perhaps we could discuss the above, and any other planning details on that call?
