The Empowered Community has the Approval Action Community Forum time set out in the Bylaws (until 11 December 2024) to call more than one Community Forum during this time (if necessary). At the end of Approval Action Community Forum time the Empowered Community then has 21 days within which to deliberate on the approval. I understand that anticipating this Secretary's notice, ICANN has a placeholder on Thursday Block 1 to carry out an in person Community Policy Forum.
