ToR | ccNSO Community Onboarding Program.docx

Joke: doc was cleaned up. Final opportunity for comments on the mailing list and today? No comments. Next steps: Send to Council for adoption.

Bart: it does not include anything regarding change management of the document.

“Managed by OMC, adopted by Council to be effective” is not a guideline, managed by OMC, with a role for Council. Edits made to final sentence in section 1. Group agrees with the proposed changes.

iii.    Casual meet-up for newcomers: ccNSO Members Meeting

Wed, 11 March (09:00-10:00 local

Joke: similar agenda to Dublin, BUT with less time for the Tour de Table. Select about 3 longstanding members, and give more time to newcomers?

Jenifer: agree

Bart: ok…. But, if you have a set-up like in Prague, it would be a shame not to do so. Suggestion is to have at least one staff member introducing themselves too. Depends on who is there.

Bart: have the agenda and the questions ready

Joke: proposed slide deck is ready ICANN85 | OMC | 11 March '26

Jenifer: are these questions ok?

Wafa: do we need to specify - not just icann - but ask about the ccnso sessions in particular?

Bart: yes, that makes sense.

                                          i.    newcomers slide deck

                                         ii.   Info Package for buddies

Jenifer: the info package is helpful. Wafa, Nicki and Biyi agree

7-12 March 2026: ICANN85

Jenifer: let’s review the call for volunteers.

Bart: will be too late. The week after you start traveling.

Call for volunteers will be basically the same as last time. We can send it out this week.

In that case, OMC does not need to meet on the 23rd.

Claudia: yes, this week.

We can send it out, and send a reminder closer to the meeting

Thanks all!
