3) Finalising the COP ToR & next steps

Thanks to all who reviewed and made suggestions for improvements

Joke introduced the changes she made earlier to today to the document:

• Language edits
• Layout edits
• Moved the “about this document” section to the introductory paragraph
• Added a term limit to the Selection Committee
• Simplified the section regarding the application process (removed among other the Annex with the application form, as details are best kept for implementation)
• Clarified the selection criteria
• Simplified the decision and notification process. Same rationale as for the application process: keep details for implementation
• Added a new resources section, with reference to onboarding materials and the travel support

The committee briefly discussed the “time commitment requirement” for mentees, and preliminary approved the latest proposed edits.

Sunday in Mumbai. Pablo wishes to join, and is available to chair/moderate any of the sessions in Mumbai

iii) Casual meet-up for newcomers: ccNSO Members Meeting

Wednesday morning in Mumbai. Pablo and Jenifer will be there, Wafa will be remotely at ICANN85
