Wafa: I am waiting for email addresses. Secretariat was going to put me in contact with people?

Wafa: I had good contact with the Japanese newcomers. Will follow-up in January. The Yemen individual: we are in touch via linkedin. He does not have any ccnso-issues

for volunteers: seeking buddies
Joke: proposed documents, still in draft. These are the materials we need, at a minimum, to ensure the Buddy Programme launches again at ICANN85. Any comments or
concerns? Understand the docs were circulated late
Jenifer: Let's review the docs by the next meeting, and send any comments or concerns for discussion at that meeting.

ccNSO mentoring program: discussion

Jenifer: framework is solid. But, there are a few areas for reflections
Joke: any comments from OMC members? Shall we go back to each suggestion individually?
Wafa: yes, let’s have this programme again. Let’s dedicate a full session to this: How will OMC run this program? When to start? How? We need more OMC members to
discuss.
Joke: OMC members present expressed a wish to have a similar program in future, with some refinements. Jenifer already listed a few. For further discussion at the
next meeting.
