Please have a look at the google document below, and submit your comment latest by Friday, 4 July, COB,

either to the OMC mailing list, or make suggestions directly in the google doc.

Are these the right questions? Is there anything that should be deleted/edited/added?
Should the survey be anonymous? If the survey is not meant to be anonymous, should we ask for name and/or e-mail? Note: in that case the respondent needs to accept the ICANN PP.
