Draft final report PGA WG
Bart speaks to the proposed draft of the final report by the PGA WG.
Overview: suggestion to include it as annex B. as annex A to the full report.
Document will be shared with the PGA WG the day after the meeting.
Do you agree that I include the reference to the latest letter on the retirement policy, and the outcome of
the conversation on icann org and the board caucus and the drafting committee?

Any comments regarding the draft recommendation to Council? Noting that this is the first time you see this.

Also to still include: recommendations regarding the study groups. To be included in the next version. Will
alert you once done. Advise to council on how to organise the working groups.
Peter: being a member of the group, and a member of council, how detailed should the suggestions be? Mission
statement is ultimately the mandate of council. Do not go into any more detail.
Bart: make sure people know. Not too many details. Recommend what the study group should do. Reference to
your experience and timely delivery.
Use the experience of the .lb case for future reference. Something for the next call. Will try to include
both scenarios.
