As discussed during the 5 November PGA meeting, here is the draft PGA-WG Issues List - Working Draft Analysis for ICANN81. Please review, and add any comments or suggestions you may have prior to the PGA meeting on Saturday at ICANN81

This document provides a first working draft of proposed analysis of the issues identified so far by the ccNSO Policy Gap Analysis Working Group. For each issue it identifies the type of issue (Policy gap, Guidance on policy gap, Implementation gap, Unforeseen incident, Not a gap) ) and the method that would be used to address it. As a first draft, the contents will change significantly.
