Thanks Bart for pulling this together – I’ve done an editing pass and kept track on for a few key changes.

Not clear to me why the table in the end isn’t working to show headers on each page, I can’t work out how to fix it.

Seems to be something missing at the end?

• On Tuesday 13 May second and final reading (hopefully). The exact time still needs to be determined.
