Dear all, As you may have noticed, the ccNSO Council expressed its support for the Final Report of the WG at its May meeting and adopted the recommendations. As recommended by you the Council also adopted the Terms of Reference for the two Study Groups: IANA ccTLD data accuracy and Disaster Recovery. The Terms of Reference can be found here<Item%2017%20meeting%20218%20-%20Terms%20of%20Refernce%20IANA%20Public%20Records%20Study%20Group%20.pdf%20document%20·%20161%20KB> as item 16 (Disaster Recovery) and 17 (IANA DATA Accuracy). The call for volunteers will follow at a later stage. Th edate to launch the call has not been set yet. Further, you may recall that the you agreed to provide a version of the ccNSO developed policy documents to assist people in referencing specific section and sentences. Included the latest version for the Retirement and Review Mechanism policy ( which was adopted during ICANN83). These two documents will be posted on the wiki-space of the PGA for the time being, and in due course included on the new ccNSO website. Finally, At its May meeting, after support for the Final Report, the ccNSO Council formally closed the working group. Over the next days the secretariat will close and archive the email list and the webpage and wiki space will be maintained.
