Seda: public comments are now closed. Evaluation by UA Expert WG. staff report was shared with the group. Aim to complete by ICANN86, and socialise
it at that meeting. UA Expert WG meets next week

Updates UA Day 2026
Seda: kicked off 24 March. Some regional events were held. See also the previous UAC meeting. Vietnam Meeting for the apac region, with different stakeholders from
different countries. Went well as well. UA adoption and demonstration events. 18 events completed their milestones. India to start with the showcase. Volunteer event from China, well attended. UA curriculum events. One in El Salvador. Tomorrow is a LACNOC
event. Seda listed other events, ccTLDs participating.
Materials published in various languages.
Vadim: VietNam event. QingCai was there as well. Good discussions: what do IDNs and UA bring to local users? Interesting for me. .vn registrations up to 1 million.
Great move. Practical discussions. We exchanged ideas on what to do next. Stronger relations between registries?
Qing Cai: good opportunity to speak about common challenges and opportunities. Next time, have one project with different ccTLDs. Same goal. AI to different countries.
Merely a suggestion. Who could hold such an event? Might be a good example
Vadim: I will join UA Day in Moldova. University lecture. Homoglyph, how to avoid attacks. Will report back next time.
