Dear Colleagues, 

We are pleased to invite you or anyone else in your organization to the first session on universal acceptance organized by the ccNSO Universal Acceptance Committee (UAC). In this session, we will inform you about:

• the UAC work plan, 
• the UA Library and dedicated email list, 
• the impact of a recent UA Day for ccTLDs and raise your awareness about the 2025 UA Days 
• the results of ccTLD UA and IDN readiness surveys to-date and the possible need for a dedicated survey.

This UAC session is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 June 2024 (09:00-10:15 local, 07:00-08:15 UTC), at the ICANN80 Policy Forum, in Kigali, Rwanda. You can participate in-person or remotely, with simultaneous interpretation in EN, ES, FR. AR.  For more details see: https://sched.co/1dr2X

The UAC was established to provide the ccTLD community a platform to interact and share information at a global level on topics related to universal acceptance and internationalized domain names. The UAC does not set any policy or standards, recognizing that these are within scope of individual (IDN)ccTLDs and out of scope of the ccNSO.
