Colleagues, For clarity I'm posting an excerpt from the Solicitation for Statements of Interest regarding Root KSK Rollover sent to the ksk-rollover@icann.org mailing list on 12/19/14 and again a few days ago. It provides a statement of the responsibilities of the RZM partners -- ICANN, as a contractor to the NTIA, Verisign, and the NTIA -- which may clarify discussion of who does what and what that is called as terms of art.
