The attached version of the draft Final Report includes the comments submitted by members over the mailing list. Where suggested edits are relatively straightforward, staff has suggested updates in redline on the attached. Items that may require further input or discussion are inserted as comments. Comments from members are in highlighted in blue. You will also find comments from ICANN Org, which are highlighted in purple. Given the large volume of substantive, in-depth comments received on the mechanisms, this type of input is not included as comments in the document. It has instead been organized in a spreadsheet to make the text easier to read and navigate. Please see the attached excel file.
