Dear all,

Please complete the doodle for which date, time and duration would work best for ICANN61 – San Juan for the CCWG Auction Proceeds meeting.

Saturday, 10 March 2018 15:15-18:30 (3 hours)

Sunday, 11 March 2018 17:00-18:30 (1.5 hours)

Note that on Sunday only a 1.5 hours slot would be available due to other meetings on that day.

The second meeting, a community update / consultation session, is expected to be scheduled for Thursday, 15 March 2018 at 08:30-10:15 (1.75 hours)

As such, the Chairs would like to assess the expected attendance for the CCWG sessions in order to plan accordingly.

Do note that the dates and proposed timing are subject to change, depending on the decisions made by the SO/AC planning committee regarding the overall schedule as well as other meetings that are being planned.
