Actually, Erika, as this is about the same round of auction proceeds for gTLDs, I am not clear on why a separate mechanism would be needed. 

It is a delayed auction but is still about the last round of gTLDs.

Yes, indeed. The Board will have to take a decision whether they want to use the same mechanism or not.
