Many thanks.  As it turns out, I will have to miss the first half of this call.  I read the staff summary of comments – thank you to staff!  Based on the summary, I would suggest at least the following changes:

 

1. Per the IPC, BC, and SSAC comments, develop an additional recommendation that the ICANN Board commission the feasibility study to review costs and ease of start-up and sunset for the mechanisms that are recommended.

2. Regarding ByLaws amendments, clarify that grants which are “approved” are not subject to challenge (in addition to grants which are “not approved”)

3. Regarding ByLaws amendments, clarify that nothing in the Final Report is intended to affect EC powers over the Budgeting process.
