Do we have a confirmed time slot for our face to face working session during ICANN65? I know we asked for that but don't have any details of when, to confirm to the advisors from the CSG constituencies that support my engagement on their behalf.

Some of us will have other obligations to our communities, so need to know as soon as possible.

Also, can we focus perhaps on only a 3 hour working session. My experience is that people begin to "wilt" after 3 hours. 🙂

We are doing quite well on progressing our work. And thanks go to the co chairs, and the ICANN staff who are directly supporting us, as well as Sam and Xavier as our special ICANN Org supporting team, and to the Board liaisons and to those who are attending actively and engaging.

This face to face is important, but I can not convince others who are participants to attend a very long session, so also the topics /agenda will be very important for early publication. Yet, our face to face is a critical working session for us, so I am hoping we are doing well on finalizing a possible time slot so we can all outreach to our communities and try to ensure that we have participants, as well as the designated reps in attendance.
