Thank you all for your input on the draft Initial Report (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CL_fZruLuH3baCDWDkZXUeMel8ghkY3yN6Npc74tEek/edit). Staff has gone ahead and incorporated these comments into the draft Initial Report (see attached). Highlighted in yellow are those comments that will require further input or discussion. For some of these, staff has suggested a path forward but it would be good to hear your input before implementing. For those comments not highlighted, staff has incorporated the change suggested or made updates to address the comment made. These changes can be viewed in redline format. The proposed approach for Thursday’s meeting is to focus on the comments highlighted in yellow. Of course, if you are of the view that some of the non-highlighted comments or the proposed redline changes should be further considered, please share this with the list.
