Dear all

I found myself snowed under (to use an unusual pun for a tropical island) but Indid not get another chance to look through the document again since in preparation for our meeting in Montreal. I think we have discussed enough, although I did note that the Foundation was mentioned more than previously - whether it is in-house or independent. I think some important issues were raised in Montreal and again in the emails from Anne. It will be good to get these clarified. But thank you Marika and other staff, as well as Erika and Ching for the great work that has gone into putting the report together. I also thank Alan for his inputs on top of his other work tasks around ICANN.
