In relation to agenda item 3b, please find attached the latest, and hopefully final, version of the Open and Interoperable Internet description. Please review this version ahead of the meeting and indicate if there are any red flag items in the document (i.e. any language that you just cannot support). The CCWG chairs would like to be able to finalize this description for now, recognizing that further work may be needed based on input that may be received from others at a later stage in the process.
