Dear All,

Following the last round of comments, staff has gone ahead and accepted all previous redlines & comments so that only the most recent input is visible in the form of blue highlighted comments. As most of the input seemed to be non-controversial changes / improvements, staff has gone ahead and applied these in the document in redline format. There were just a couple of items, highlighted in yellow, where the proposed changes seem to change the original intent of the CCWG and as such these have not been made, but the group is welcome to discuss and consider further whether those changes should be applied.

As this further consideration could be done via email, we would like to ask for your input on whether you are of the view that a call is needed to discuss these remaining comments. If you think a call is needed, please share this with the list before Wednesday 15.00 UTC at which time the leadership team will make a determination of whether to go ahead with the call or not. We also hope to share with you shortly the proposed public comment announcement.
