Dear All,

Hereby attached the updated version of the open internet definition / description which incorporates the comments and suggestions that were submitted since the last version. As there are a number of definitions / descriptions that have been put forward so far, are there any volunteers who would like to take a stab at coming up with a draft that brings the different perspectives together and addresses the different comments and contributions to date which the CCWG could review during its next meeting?
