What Do You Mean When You Say 'Open Internet'?

At the end of the article there is a link to ISOC white paper on Openness.

Would be good if someone can go through to provided deliberation and check against ISOC perspective and select which would be the best match and if needed to do some editing.

To continue the CCWG’s deliberation on the topic of ‘Open Internet’, please find attached an overview of the views shared to date on the mailing list. As a reminder, if the CCWG is to include a reference to ‘Open Internet’ in the overall objective for fund allocation, it will need to either include a definition of the term or alternatively use a description that captures the intent of the reference to ‘Open Internet’.
