We're finalizing right now the agenda and we're evaluating time options. My idea is that leadership, staff will make the core presentation and then it would be certainly appreciated if some community members would add context but we haven't looked into this yet. 

Allow us to settle the agenda and the time first and then we will present to you all our ideas.
