Please find attached the proposed letter to the CCWG Chartering Organizations in relation to the work plan and approach for dealing with the charter questions. You are encouraged to share any comments / edits you may have with the mailing list by Wednesday 24 May at the latest. Following that, staff will go ahead and submit this letter on behalf of the CCWG to the Chartering Organizations.
