Dear all,

Per last week’s meeting, you are requested to complete the following survey in relation to charter question #7 (‘Should ICANN oversee the solicitation and evaluation of proposals, or delegate to or coordinate with another entity, including, for example, a foundation created for this purpose?). Prior to completing this survey, you are expected to have reviewed the following materials: https://community.icann.org/x/q49EB[community.icann.org]. As discussed, the objective of this survey is not to make a determination yet regarding the preferred structure, but to get a 'sense of the room' of what the current preference is as well as an indication of what further information will be needed to make a final determination at a later stage in the process. In addition, you are asked to identify what you would consider the main criteria for final assessment so that further deliberations as well as information gathering can factor this in.
